Refund and Returns Policy

At Sneaker Genius, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you receive a damaged item, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that are the wrong size. We strongly encourage customers to use the size chart here or provided on the product page to ensure that they select the correct size. Scroll down if you can find the brand you want to purchase. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the damage. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, and we recommend that you use a shipping method with tracking and insurance.

Once we receive the damaged item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your replacement. If the item is deemed to be damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.

Please note that items that have been worn, washed, or otherwise used are not eligible for return or replacement.
